CERT Septembers Meeting Topic

SAM Medical is an Oregon based company that produces high quality, innovative, and effective emergency medical solutions. From militaries to law enforcement agents, EMS and first responders to fire and rescue squads, to hospital staff all over the world, people in the rapid response field trust SAM Medical.

At our September 4th meeting, founders Dr. Sam and Cherrie Scheinberg will be our guest speakers. They co-founded SAM Medical. Dr. Sam Scheinberg was a trauma surgeon in Vietnam and is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon.

The Scheinberg's will explain their core products and how they are used in the field. Time permitting, we may get a chance to practice with the products or Cherrie may return for a more hands-on training session.

In addition, CERT Team member Dr. Marie Long will be there to soak in all the knowledge for the future and translate any medical-speak to language civilians can understand. Thank you Marie for your help with the meeting!

This meeting will be at Station 14 (Bob Everest) in the training room. Please park at the Congregational church (2435 NW Oar Place), not Grocery Outlet. 6PM start time.
