Open Burning Restrictions

DESIGNATION OF FIRE SEASON

 ORDER NUMBER 11

Effective 01:00 a.m., PDT, July 5, 2007

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the State Forester that conditions of fire hazard now exist on the following described lands:

NORTHWEST OREGON FOREST PROTECTION DISTRICT

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the provisions of ORS 477.505, do hereby designate the beginning of Fire Season on the above described lands, and that said designation shall remain in effect until terminated by order of the State Forester.

The Lincoln County Fire Defense Board, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Forestry, has designated a ban on  open burning  in Lincoln County effective July 5th at 1:00am PDT.
